Asterisk Support
ASAP provides Asterisk Support which can be a simple installation and configuration or complex deployments. Asterisk can be used as a development platform or bundled with FreePBX® as the user interface.

Supported Distributions
ASAP supports all distributions of Asterisk, but here is a list of the most common distributions and when we recommend using them:
Distribution | When to Use |
TrixBox Community Edition (CE) | It is not recommended to use it. Major security issues and new development is not being done. We recommend migrating to another distribution. |
FreePBX® Distribution | It is great for simple to complex implementations in an office with no more than 300 extensions |
Elastix Distribution | We recommend it for call centers or for companies that need to track charges for billing purposes. A2Billing is embedded in this distribution. |
PBX in a Flash Distribution | It is great for simple to complex implementations in an office with no more than 300 extensions. |
AsteriskNow | If you plan to use Digium Phones or if you have existing Digium Phones |
