New integration between Skype for Business and 3CX

In the beginning of this new year, 3CX and Microsoft brought joy to their common customers with the new integration they created between Skype for Business and the telephone system 3CX. Due to additional plug-in, the users will be able to make calls through 3CX client for Windows directly in Skype for Business. And all this is quite easy – the user inly need to click with the right mouse button on the contact he wants to call from Skype for Business list and to choose the option 3CX Call. The call will be performed through yours 3CX client for Windows.
To be able to use this function, first make sure that your configuration covers these technical requirements:
- You are using 3CX V15 SP4 with PRO or Enterprise License
- You are using 3CX client for Windows V15 SP4 or above
- You are using Skype for Business 2015 or 2016 (Windows)
- You have installed 3CXSkypeforBusiness plug-in
