Nearly one third of Windows 7 users has migrated to Windows 10

The interest in Windows 10 is growing every day and the latest data shows that the newest Microsoft operation system has gained around half of Windows 7 users.

According to StatCounter marketing research, the OS Windows 7 reported a decline of its users with up to 46.08% in favor of Windows 10. The newest Microsoft OS has achieved a new record by acquiring 14.86% of the users.

With this achievement, we can be safe when saying that this is the second most popular OS in the world.

Microsoft hopes to attract another big part of the users till July, when is the end of the free upgrade campaign, according to which every user can upgrade for free to Windows 10 from any previous Windows version.

Meanwhile, from this year Microsoft started a new phase from its strategy to boost its newest OS. Windows 10 is already offered with all desktop and laptop computers, which are based on Intel 6th generation CPUs.
