ASAP’s Information System Supports the Work of the Commission of Illegal Assets Forfeiture (CIAF)

23/04/2025

ASAP has successfully developed and implemented a specialized information system for managing secured and confiscated assets at the Commission of Illegal Assets Forfeiture (CIAF). The system is designed to optimize the processes of tracking, administration, and management of assets subject to precautionary measures or forfeiture in favour of the state.

The system offers centralized data storage, automation of operational workflows, and the generation of detailed reports and analytics. This enables CIAF to increase efficiency and transparency in the management of secured and confiscated property, while also reducing the risk of errors and improving process control.

"The development of this system is part of our commitment to delivering high-tech solutions for public institutions. We believe that digitizing the processes related to the management of secured and confiscated assets will contribute to greater efficiency and transparency in the work of CIAF," said Petar Zyumbilev, Managing Director of ASAP.

The project was implemented in accordance with the requirements of the Commission and is part of its broader strategy for the modernization and digitalization of activities related to anti-corruption efforts and the forfeiture of unlawfully acquired assets.
