The new mobile application of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs "Travel Informed", developed by the IT company ASAP, was officially presented to ministers, diplomats and media representatives at a special event held at John Atanasoff Hall in Sofia Tech Park. Manager of ASAP, Mr. Peter Zyumbilev, was also a guest on the event by invitation of the Deputy Prime Minister Mariya Gabriel.

"We show that with data, resources and team spirit we can put Bulgaria on the innovation map, and I want to especially congratulate the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the fact that currently Bulgaria is the only country in Europe that has deployed a mobile application for informed travel using a chatbot," said Deputy Prime Minister Mariya Gabriel, who opened the event.

During the presentation, Mrs. Hristina Bijeranova thanked the ASAP team for the development of the mobile application "Travel Informed".

During the event, guests had the opportunity to participate in a simulation of traveling abroad through virtual reality and to understand the practical benefits that the mobile application provides.
